We are looking for a Business Analyst to turn client needs into clear, buildable requirements for our software and cloud projects.
Location: Dublin, Ireland. Full-time. Experience: 2-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map current and future business processes
- Work with designers, developers and testers to keep delivery on track
- Support user acceptance testing and handover
Required Skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements on software projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyse processes and data and to spot gaps
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM or ERP projects
- Knowledge of BPMN or UML
