Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form. The details you type in: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use them to reply to you.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role through the application form or by email, we receive what you send us, such as your name, contact details, CV and any note, and use it to consider your application. A CV uploaded through the form is sent to our email system as an attachment and is not stored on the website itself.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive the information you share.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our web server may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first. The contact page embeds a Google Map that loads automatically when you scroll towards it; loading it may cause Google to process technical data, and Google may set cookies, under Google's own policies. You can avoid it by not scrolling to that section of the contact page, or by using the Google Maps link instead.

Why we use your data

To answer your enquiry, to consider a job application, to keep the website secure, and to meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are normally your request to us (steps before a contract), our legitimate interests in running a secure business website, and, where relevant, legal obligation.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Messages are delivered to our email system and stored there. We use email and website hosting providers to run this site, and we keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them to reply, to assess applications and to meet our legal obligations. If you want your message deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to certain processing.
